Do you have experience in a support function? Do you have knowledge and experience with computers and mobile phones and a passion for providing personal service? Then we can offer you a varied position alongside knowledgeable colleagues in a dynamic environment.

The Contact Center is a central support function that provides service and support to the employees of the Government Offices and the ministers in the government. You will be an important part of ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your main tasks will involve providing support and service to users regarding IT equipment such as computers, mobile phones, and smart cards. The work includes registering, completing, prioritizing, and providing feedback on cases that come in via personal visits, phone, email, and case forms. You will work systematically in a case management system and continuously document the actions taken.

As a support employee at the Contact Center, you will be part of a group of about 17 colleagues organized into four teams with different focuses. The work is conducted at a fast pace with many parallel cases and contact points.

Your Background

You have a high school education and experience in service work where personal service has been a central part of the role. Experience in customer support or technical support is advantageous, as is experience working with Apple products and iOS. You have a good general understanding of IT and knowledge of the functionality of mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. You have experience working in case management systems and express yourself well in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing.

It is advantageous if you have worked in environments with many simultaneous processes, a fast pace, and clear deadlines. Relevant skills in MS Office, knowledge of Mobile Device Management, basic networking skills, as well as knowledge of printer settings and familiarity with Active Directory are also advantageous.

You have a natural interest in technical development and monitoring the external environment, as well as a desire to broaden your areas of expertise to support other support groups within the unit when needed. The position is classified in a security class, and a security clearance with a background check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
